Description
J. C. Clark and Ed Hollingsworth are working on the Devonian Oil Company 6,300-foot exploration oil well on the Raymond E. Buck ranch in Parker County. It is 18 miles southwest of Fort Worth, Texas, and nine miles southeast of Weatherford, Texas. The two men are standing in front a piece of machinery. They are wearing gloves and coveralls. Mr. Clark is also wearing a helmet and is smoking a cigarette.
