W. T. Montgomery (far right), registered Hereford cattle breeder from San Antonio, Texas, attended the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association convention at the Blackstone Hotel. Two unidentified men are standing at the left. Mr. Montgomery is smoking a cigar and facing the other men. He is wearing a pinstripe suit, eyeglasses and a hat. The other men are also wearing suits, eyeglasses and hats.
