Description
Bob Campbell and R. H. Pounds are working on the Devonian Oil Company 6,300-foot exploration oil well on the Raymond E. Buck ranch in Parker County. It is 18 miles southwest of Fort Worth, Texas, and nine miles southeast of Weatherford, Texas. The men are tightening pipes on a machine used for their oil work. Both are wearing helmets, gloves, overalls and long-sleeve shirts. Mr. Pounds is smoking a cigarette.
