Description
The 1943 Golden Gloves District Tournament is being held at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas. Two flyweights are squaring off in a bout Thursday night. Pictured left to right are Noel Andrus, of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Billy Bracken, of Lubbock, Texas. Andrus is shown connecting on a left jab after absorbing Bracken's right hook. Bracken went on to win the fight.
