Description
Mrs. Bloom is shown sitting in a chair in front of an empty wall. She is cradling her daughter, Carol Michael, in her arms and smiling widely for the camera. She is wearing a short-sleeve blouse with a long, dark skirt. Young Carol is wearing a knitted baby outfit and looking to her right with a surprised expression her face. Mother and daughter have moved with Major Bloom to Albuquerque, where he is stationed. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 21, 1943.
