Mutual congratulations are passing between two men who recently became United States citizens. The citizenship oath was administered in Federal District Court to a class of 45. Shaking hands, left to right, are Theodore Narrett and Bud Burmester. Mr. Narrett is a 34-year-old native of Russia. He is currently stationed at Tarrant Field with the United States Army. He is dressed in a military uniform. Mr. Burmester is a former British subject and a veteran of World War I. He is currently employed at the Worth Hotel. He is wearing a suit.
