Description
Otis Chasteen is a volunteer with the United States Navy. Along with many other volunteers, he wanted to participate in Pearl Harbor Day. Mr. Chasteen arrived at the bus station to travel to the induction station but was sent home. He is shown sitting backwards on a chair. He is wearing a button-up shirt, leather jacket, and trousers. He is the 18-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. O. O Chasteen.
