Girls and women working on airplanes. Left to right: Mrs. Audrey Thompson of Arlington, Texas; Mrs. Ida D. Sexton of Arlington, Texas; Mrs. Mary Crawford, Georgia Taylor, Julia Denson of Arlington, Texas; Mary Anna Rawlings of Fort Worth, Texas, and Ann Jacobs of Arlington, Texas. The group of women are shown climbing up a step ladder and standing inside of an aircraft. It appears that most of the women are holding flashlights in their hands and are wearing trousers and jackets. Some are also wearing eyeglasses. The aircraft doors are wide open to allow for the women to get inside.
