Description
A group of Visitors whose husbands and fathers are at the Quartermaster's Depot, is gazing up at World War I Arch at Texas Christian University (T. C. U.). Left to right: Richard Leisher, Mrs. Phillip S. McAllister with her son, Stuart; Mrs. Daniel Leisher and Billy Leisher. The group is shown standing under the large archway. Behind them is a pathway lined with trees on both sides. Richard is wearing a suit, Mrs. McAllister is wearing a long-sleeve jacket with a dress and a flat hat; Mrs. Leisher is wearing a dark, short-sleeve, patterned dress with a wide brimmed hat and a pair of gloves; and Billy is wearing a jacket with a pair of shorts. Accompanying the family is a dark dog that Billy is holding by leash. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 6, 1942.
