"They helped turn a Springtown reunion into a patriotic rally Sunday. John W. Nix. committeeman, and Mrs. Maude McClary Sneed, re-elected secretary treasurer. Both are from Fort Worth, Texas." Both Mr. Nix and Mrs. Sneed are standing in front of an American flag. Mr. Nix is wearing a "Howdy!" name tag, a suit, striped undershirt, tie, belt and belt buckle that says "Nix," as he is looking sternly off into the distance. Mrs. Sneed is wearing a dress, brooch, spectacles a watch, and a hat as she is smiling. She is also looking off into the distance.
