These men, who met here Friday to work out plans, are, left to right, Charles F. Roser of Fort Worth, Texas, general chairman; George A. Hill Junior of Houston, Texas, production; N. C. McGowen of Shreveport, Louisiana, natural gas; Roy B. Jones of Wichita Falls, Texas, marketing; John W. Newton of Beaumont, Texas, refining; and Harry C. Wiess of Houston, Texas, transportation."
