In his left breast pocket a handkerchief can been seen. He is wearing a collared white shirt underneath with a light colored tie. He is looking down to the left and is smiling at the scouts as he holds the top end of a flag pole in his hands. To his left is Mr. Jackson who is wearing a boy scout uniform with an ascot and a campaign hat. He is looking at Mr. Crites and is holding the center of the flag pole. Mr. Jack is located to the far right of the photograph. He is also wearing a boy scout uniform with an ascot and a campaign hat. Of his left arm you can see a number 11 patch. He is looking at Mr. Crites and is smiling. In the background you can see chairs lined up and a stage curtain.
