Description
The Girls Service League is right at home in the Pennsylvania Avenue mansion. In the former years, the elegant place was the Winfield Scott Home. Now the 18 rooms serve as dormitories. The spacious grounds offer recreation spots for the girls. Velma Lee Gee is peering into the vine covered wishing well on the property. Her hair is tied in a scarf and she is wearing a button-up blouse and trousers.
