Description
N. T. Mazza, right, and J. P. Laneri, manager and assistant manager respectively for Fort Worth Macaroni Company wholesal food distributors, shown with a new tire, the first new tire sold in Fort Worth, Texas since dealers' stocks were frozen by an Office of Price Administration order on December 10. The sale used the first purchased certificated issued by the Tarrant County tire rationing board. Mr. Mazza and Mr. Laneri are both wearing jackets, ties, glasses, and hats and are kneeling in font of a large truck holding the tire in front of themselves. Published in the Fort WorthStar-Telegram morning edition, January 7 1942.
