Description
These three men, taking the oath of office of the Tire Rationing Board before County Judge Miller are left to right, G. L. Robertson, James E. Whitmore, and Web Rose. They have their right hands raised as Judge Miller administers the oath. The men are all wearing suits and ties and standing around a desk covered in papers. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 5 1942.
