Description
A high school football game between the North Side Steers (dark jerseys) and the Paschal Panthers is being played at Farrington Field in Fort Worth, Texas. The two teams battled in a low scoring duel. Steer Tony Tatarevich (58) ran a pattern and caught a pass on the edge of the goal line. He is shown clutching tightly to the football as he tumbles into the end zone for the only touchdown of the game. An unidentified Panther lunged for the tackle, but fell short. The Steers won the game 7-0. "(Star-Telegram Photos)" Published Star-Telegram Morn. Nov. 21, 1941.
