The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is holding their fall convention in Midland, Texas. The "All Out West Texas" banquet and defense rally is being held at the Scharbauer Hotel. In attendance and discussing the rodeo, left to right, are Roy Parks, John B. Davis, and Mrs. Roy Parks. Mr. Parks is a Midland County ranger, the second vice president of the Midland Fair, and a member of the rodeo committee. He is dressed in a three-piece suit. Mr. Davis, of Fort Worth, Texas, is the secretary-manager of the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show. He is wearing a suit. Mrs. Parks is wearing a furry hat and a dark blazer.
