The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is holding their fall convention in Midland, Texas. The "All Out West Texas" banquet and defense rally is being held at the Scharbauer Hotel. In attendance, left to right, are Dr. Clifford B. Jones, Mrs. Clifford B. Jones, James D. Hamlin and H. S. Hilburn. Dr. Jones is president of Texas Technological College at Lubbock, Texas, and is the principal speaker at the banquet. He is wearing a suit with a bow tie. Mrs. Jones is wearing a dark dress with a bow shaped brooch. Mr. Hamlin, of Farwell, Texas, is a W. T. C. C. past president and now chairman of the convention work committee. He is wearing a three-piece suit. Mr. Hilburn, of Plainview, Texas, is also a past president and now a delegate-at-large. He is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit.
