Description

The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is holding their fall convention in Midland, Texas. The "All Out West Texas" banquet and defense rally is being held at the Scharbauer Hotel. In attendance, left to right, are L. A. Wilson and Dan E. Lydick. Mr. Wilson, of Waco, Texas, is the manager of the Waco Chamber of Commerce. He is being congratulated for winning the bid for the 1942 convention. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Lydick, of Fort Worth, Texas, is president of the Union Bank and Trust company. He is wearing a three-piece pinstripe suit.
