The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is holding their fall convention in Midland, Texas. The "All Out West Texas" banquet and defense rally is being held at the Scharbauer Hotel. In attendance, left to right, are Mrs. J. Thomas Davis, J. Thomas Davis, and Mark McGee. Mrs. Davis is wearing a dark dress. Mr. Davis is the dean of John Tarleton Agricultural College in Stephenville, Texas, and the president of the W. T. C. C. He is dressed in a three-piece suit with a bow tie. Mr. McGee, of Fort Worth, Texas, is the toastmaster of the banquet. He is wearing a three-piece suit. There is a microphone, podium, piano, and drum set in the background.
