The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is holding their fall convention in Midland, Texas. Chatting during a recess from policy-making, left to right, are J. M. Willson, Carlton B. Downing, and Galen H. McKinney. Mr. Willson, of Floydada, Texas, is a delegate-at-large at the convention. He is dressed in a suit with a bow tie. Mr. Downing, of Albany, Texas, is the District Five director. He is wearing a three-piece suit. Mr. McKinney, of Fort Worth, Texas, is a delegate-at-large at the convention. He is dressed in a three-piece suit with a pocket square.
