The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is holding their fall convention in Midland, Texas. Speaking at the Monday night dinner is James D. Hamlin, chairman of the work committee. He is shown standing and wearing a dark suit. Seated at the speaker's table, left to right, are W. B. Hamilton, Malcolm M. Meek, M. C. Ulmer, J. Thomas Davis, and D. A. Bandeen. Mr. Hamilton, of Wichita Falls, Texas, is a past president and the elections committee chairman. He is dressed in a double breasted, three-piece suit. Mr. Meek, of Abilene, Texas, is the W. T. C. C. treasurer. He is dressed in a double breasted, pinstripe suit. Mr. Ulmer is the mayor of Midland and the second vice president of the W. T. C. C. He is wearing a dark, double breasted suit. Mr. Davis, of Stephenville, Texas, is the reelected president. He is dressed in a three-piece suit with a bow tie. Mr. Bandeen, of Abilene, Texas, is the reelected general manager. He is wearing a dark suit.
