The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is holding their fall convention in Midland, Texas. Reading a magazine during a recess from policy-making, left to right, are Henry Teubel and Oscar Greene. They are looking over a copy of the West Texas Today magazine. Mr. Teubel is a delegate from Tulia, Texas. He is dressed in a dark suit. Mr. Greene is a delegate from Roswell, New Mexico. He is wearing a suit. Both men are smoking cigars.
