The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is holding their fall convention in Midland, Texas. Chatting during a recess from policy-making, left to right, are delegates G. C. Dunham and H. S. Hilburn. Mr. Dunham is the mayor of Big Spring, Texas. He is dressed in a three-piece, pinstripe suit. Mr. Hilburn, of Plainview, Texas, is wearing a three-piece double breasted pinstripe suit.
