The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is holding their fall convention in Midland, Texas. Chatting during a recess from policy-making, left to right, are M. C. Ulmer and George Jones. Mr. Ulmer is the mayor of Midland and vice president of the chamber. He is dressed in a double breasted, striped suit. Mr. Jones, of Marfa, Texas, was reelected vice president of the chamber. He is wearing a striped shirt, necktie, and a jacket.
