Description

The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is holding their fall convention in Midland, Texas. Visiting the camp of the Searchlight Battalion, left to right, are J. Thomas Davis, Major Arthur M. Mullings, Hamlin Overstreet, and Bill Collyns. Mr. Davis, of Stephenville, Texas, is the president of the W. T. C. C. He is dressed in a double breasted suit with a bow tie. Major Mullings is the medical officer for the search light unit. He is wearing a military uniform. Mr. Overstreet, of Texico, New Mexico, is a member of the executive board of the W. T. C. C. He is dressed in a double breasted suit with a pocket square. Mr. Collyns, of Midland, Texas, is the manager of the Midland Chamber of Commerce. He is wearing a double breasted suit and a handkerchief in the pocket.
