Description
Fort Worth's rejuvenated Little Theater aims to be everyman's theater. It hopes to be a democratic meeting ground for persons of every walk of life with a mutual love for the theater. The actors and workers behind the scenes have much to do with the success of a production. The Little Theater's second production of the season will be "First Lady", sophisticated drawing room comedy laid in Washington, D.C. with Gene Crotty directing. Anne Harley is in charge of costumes. Miss Harley is shown inspecting a dress with a variety of other dresses, jackets, and blouses splayed out on multiple chairs in front of her. The clothing hanging on the chairs are of different materials and patterns. Miss Harley is wearing a dress with a textured jacket and looks focused. On the wall nearest to her is a long, thin table with an open suitcase and mirror on the wall. Behind her is tall clothes rack. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 23, 1941.
