A pressed paper relief map of the continent of Africa with annotations in both raised German Braille and also in German in handwritten ink. The map was produced by Martin Kunz, sometime between 1885 and 1923 while he was the director of the Ilzach bei Muhlhausen Institute for the Blind in Thuringia, Germany. [Gift of Dr. Jack Franke]
