Description
The 22,000 bushel wood granary and elevator was completed in 1903 and called Hartnett & Bradfish Grain. It was located on Fort Worth Street between the Santa Fe and Texas & Pacific railroad tracks. The business was the result of a partnership of Dan D. Hartnett and Henry J. Bradfish. In this photograph can be seen four men standing on the ground and two men perching on top of the elevator. Another man can be seen on the far right said of the image. The men are all wearing suits with ties and hats.
