Abstract
Jubilee Park is a 62-block neighborhood that dates back to the 1900s and is located in the South Dallas / Fair Park area. The neighborhood comprises part of the 75223 zip code, is located in the City of Dallas and Dallas County, and is bounded by a freeway and railroad. The Jubilee Park Community Center and Corporation (JPCCC) would like to develop a comprehensive affordable housing plan for the Jubilee Park neighborhood. According to the JPCCC, the purpose of this housing plan is to attract new residents to Jubilee Park, to provide housing opportunities for displaced residents, and to increase community unification.
