Abstract
This report introduces and characterizes a framework of options that may be used by the City of Sansom Park and surrounding cities to ensure adequate preparation and appropriate response to emergency situations. The report outlines the mechanisms of responsibility and coordination for each option in order to present ways to unify and integrate the efforts of emergency personnel in multiple agencies, disciplines and jurisdictions, and to minimize the overall administrative and economic impact on participants. Coordinated relief efforts presented in these options may be utilized wholly or in part and combination, as the decision making entity sees fit. This report is organized into two categories, (1) options that Sansom Park may pursue solely, and (2) options that Sansom Park may take with River Oaks and Westworth Village.
