Description

A faculty member at the UTA Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences was awarded an Open Educational Resource (OER) Adoption Stipend Grant through the UTA CARES Grant Program to adopt the open textbook "Introduction to Oceanography" by Paul Webb for an Introduction to Oceanography class. As a result of the implementation of OER, student success improved. The report concludes with a reflection on the benefits of OER and plans to use other OER in the future.
