Green Social Work Curriculum with OER Final Report

Description

A faculty member at the UTA School of Social Work was awarded an Open Educational Resource (OER) Adoption Stipend Grant through the UTA CARES Grant Program to develop OER for the new Green Social Work class. As a result of the implementation of OER, students in the first class collectively saved over $8,000. Student feedback to the course was largely positive. The report concludes with a reflection on the benefits of OER team support and suggestions for program development.
