Abstract
Diversity is an increasingly popular topic, and perceptions about diversity are influenced by life experiences, socialization, stereotypes, and misconceptions. Diversity in Organizations uses research evidence to dispel erroneous ideas and focus attention on accurate and relevant aspects of diversity, increasing opportunities for equality and inclusion in an increasingly diverse world.
