    Heywood Clemmons, left, president of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, presented State Senator Bill Meier, right, an award from the Texas good Roads/Transportation Associations for his work to improve transportation during the 64th Legislature. The award was presented during a noon meeting of the chamber's board of directors at the Fort Worth Club. Guest speaker was Dr. Wendell Nedderman, center, president of The University of Texas at Arlington. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition October 15, 1975.
