Description
The PTA of Lily B. Clayton Elementary School is concerned that the school may be closed in the fall. Among these working to keep it open are, left to right, Mrs. Delores Geisel, Mrs. Amy Pearce, Mrs. Kay Willis, and Mrs. Linda Loughry. Among their ideas is opening a before-school child care center at the school for the children of women who work early shifts, such as nurses. Their "target area" is the hospitals, such as All Saints Hospital, pictured in the background of this photo.
