F. M. Miller, an aide in the new family and home management program here, carries packages of waterproof paper Army field blankets to a house where they will be used on ceilings and walls. Miller is one of eight aides trained by the Texas A&M Extension Service to help residents of low income areas learn how to make simple household repairs. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 17, 1967.
