    Surveying a rock pile at the entrance of a Fort Worth home is A. A. Jacobs Jr., industrial arts assistant to the Texas A&M Extension Service. Jacobs is heading the family and home management phase of the Community Action [Agency] Program now underway. Occupants of this home will be shown how to build steps wen they can obtain the sufficient lumber. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 17, 1967.
