National music week, received its sanction locally, when Mayor Willard Barr signed and handed this proclamation to Mrs. T. A. Mitchell. The national observance is sponsored by the National Federation of Music Clubs, as represented for this portion of North Texas by Mrs. Mitchell, president of the Fourth District of the Texas Federation of Music Clubs. The Fort Worth observation is headed by Mrs. Charles Stephens. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition April 27 , 1965.
