Description
Mayor Willard Barr signed a proclamation designating National Library Week in Fort Worth. The week will be highlighted with a luncheon in Hotel Texas honoring 10 Tarrant County authors. Mrs. Ben Procter, representing Friends of the Fort Worth Library, accepted the proclamation. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition April 26, 1965.
