Miss Mame Roberts, left, of Howe, one of the founders of the Texoma Redbud Association, is shown discussing her favorite flower with TSCW's Redbud Queen, Miss Helen Beys of El Paso, and Dean Fred Westcourt of the college's rural arts department. Miss Roberts and Westcourt spoke at the association's meeting at the Garden Center. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, March 31, 1951.
