Children of 12 community Chest Red Feather agencies and red fez-wearing Moslah Temple Shrine Chanter mingled in Burk Burnett Park to present two programs of carols and other seasonal songs at the Star-Telegram community Christmas tree, In this group of songbirds on the platform are Cub Scouts of Pack 443, Carswell Air Base " Brownies" and Lake Worth Troop 64 Girl Scouts. Leading them is J. Oscar Webster, the Chanters' direct. Lending support are Floyd H. Scott, past president, and Jack D. Higgins, president, of the Chanters. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition December 13, 1950.
