R. O. Fincher, left, principal of E. M. Daggett Elementary and Junior High Schools, was presented a state life membership in the Texas Congress of Parents and Teacher by Mrs. Harris Forsyth, right, a past president of the Daggett Parent Teacher Association. Also present was Mrs. Joe M. Teichman, center, current president of the Daggett Parent Teacher Association. Published in the evening edition, February 23, 1951.
