Image of three-year-old Dennis Crowell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hoyt Crowell, 814 Saint Louis Avenue, has been chosen Tarrant County's poster boy for the 1951 March of Dimes campaign. Dennis was diagnosed with polio when he was 10 months old.
