William N. Tilford, 79, will retire December 31, from his job as a park policeman, a job he has held since the spring of 1926. He patrolled Forrest and Trinity Parks in his car. He is pictured while seating while holding his issued revolver. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition December 27, 1950.
