Three key men in Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association did their own inspecting when the association's new headquarters building was formally opened in Fort Worth. Left to right, Ray Willoughby of San Angelo, president; Henry Bell of Fort Worth, secretary-general manager, and Henry Biederman, editor of the Cattleman, monthly magazine of the association. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition December 9, 1950.
