The middleweight Hereford steer was picked as reserve champion of the Boys' Fat Steer Show of the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show. It was fitted and exhibited by 10 year-old Hugh Campbell of Ballinger, shown with his grandfather, Hugh Campbell, rancher and breeder of the animal, Glad Prince.
