Description
Two-year-old Charles (Phil) Golden pointed at a city map, popped bubble gum and drank soda water at the police station but couldn't tell who he was. Officers C. E. Wright, left, and L. C. Walker found Phil at a service station at 2628 Hemphill. His mother, Mrs. L. T.T. Golden of 2840 Travis, returned home from a beauty shop, found him missing, and called police. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition November 29, 1950.
