Description
These children are typical of many of those writing to Chief Goodfellow. In too many of these families there are not enough clothes to go around and thier playthings are "just anything they can find." The little girl at the left was almost blue with cold when this picture was made. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition November 26, 1950.
