With the 25th annual national convention of the 36th Division Association. Colonel Andrew F. Price, chairman of the distinguished guests committee, presented Librarian Ibbottson a heavily bound history of the two-war Texas combat outfit for Fort Worth citizens and convention visitors to look at in the Public Library. It is a permanent gift to the library. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, October 17, 1950.
